Lynn Valley wanted more exposure for their private rooms so they called us to see if we could create a promotional campaign to help them advertise to senior citizens who are thinking about making the transition. With a new website, we updated their brand and helped reach a new digital audience –mainly the children of the seniors who we decided made most of the decisions concerning the seniors.
With our adverting campaign, we also decided to market the beauty of Lynn Valley combined with the new amenities, showcasing the value of the care centre.
Through a number of public relation initiatives, we helped build relationships with the surrounding community and with organizations such as the Alzheimer’s Society the Cancer Society and community centres to promote awareness and to volunteer.
Through our efforts, we were able to increase the number of private patients and fill their beds.
