The owner of Apex Western Homes wanted to create a new brand called Rent To Own to promote a product he was marketing. Instead of selling homes outright, he wanted to lease high-end homes before the owner purchased the home outright. The advantage is the new owner doesn’t need a large down payment to be able to afford a home.
Our strategy was twofold. We used a grass roots public relations approach to attract potential buyers. Secondly, we were able to increase the search engine optimization of the new company so it came organically on the first page of Google in under three months.
We also created a CTV commercial that brought attention from a wide audience and lots of inquiries. Their homes were sold and they had to scramble to get more homes on the Rent To Own program. The CTV commercial was picked up on CBC and CTV news.
