Apex Western Homes wanted to launch a new brand called Rent To Own. Instead of selling homes outright, they wanted to lease high-end homes before the owner purchased the home outright. The advantage is the new owner doesn’t need a large down payment to be able to afford a home.
With twofold strategy, we used a grass roots public relations approach to attract potential buyers. Secondly, we were able to increase the search engine optimization of the new company so it came organically on the first page of Google in under three months.
We also created a CTV commercial that brought attention from a wide audience and lots of inquiries. The CTV commercial was picked up on CBC and CTV news.
