Brazilian Spot Apparel is launching a new designer brand to help women move better and feel more confident in their body. Their stylish signature bodysuits use cutting-edge technology for powerful women who are on the go – whether it’s a night on the town or hitting an early morning gym session.

With the explosion of brands like Gym Shark and Fashion Nova, bodysuits and leggings are all the rage. And with more celebrities popping up on Instagram promoting companies that display active, healthy lifestyle, the owners of Brazilian Spot thought it was time to enter the market. But the founders didn’t want to copy these brands, they wanted to create something incredibly unique, and visionary by bringing together dynamic
engineering with state-of-the-art design.

We know that shoppers are faster paced than ever before so we designed the website to reflect that mentality. We knew that we had to make shopping and navigating easy while insuring the brand’s appeal was present every step of the process. We also knew that we needed detail
descriptions of the products so the shopper can discover exactly what
they are getting and could easily make the best decisions for their
wardrobe. Therefore, when it came to updating their web presence, we
knew we needed a modern design which gave their carefully engineered
products a platform to showcase their products.

The challenge we faced was to represent Brazilian Spot’s unique brand, setting them apart from their already established competition. As a small company, Brazilian Spot had to carve out a niche in the ultra-competitive world of fashion and online shopping.

Talking to the founders, we discovered the bodysuits are all Canadian-designed but handmade in Brazil. It was this single idea that gave us inspiration for the look and feel of their brand.

We updated the products with a new photoshoot in order to fit their brand. We knew it was important to introduce the Brazilian feel to the West Coast with a distinctly Vancouver flavour. With some yoga poses and using various models we were able to capture the look we wanted.
